The great thing about smoothies, is how versatile they are. You can pick and choose the ingredients and make your own creations. It’s fun to experiment with flavors and colors, so get creative and see what you can come up with.
Here are five tasty smoothie recipes to get you started.
Green Apple Smoothie
Ingredients
1 cup apple cider or juice1 medium apple, sliced and cored
½ banana, peeled and sliced
½ tsp cinnamon
⅛ tsp allspice
⅛ tsp nutmeg
⅛ tsp ginger
⅛ tsp cardamom
1 cup ice
Directions
Add all ingredients to your Zip Top large cup and freeze. When ready for your smoothie, remove Zip Top from the freezer. Mix everything in your Zip Top using an immersion blender or add all the frozen ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour back into your Zip Top cup and enjoy!
Peanut Butter Smoothie
Ingredients
1 ½ cups almond milk1 ½ bananas, peeled and sliced
¼ cup berries
1 Tbsp peanut butter
1 medium bunch spinach
Directions
Add all ingredients to your Zip Top large cup and freeze. When ready for your smoothie, remove Zip Top from the freezer. Mix everything in your Zip Top using an immersion blender or add all the frozen ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour back into your Zip Top cup and enjoy!
Tropical Turmeric Blend Smoothie
Ingredients
1 ½ cups coconut water1 ½ bananas, peeled and sliced
¼ cup cucumber, peeled and sliced
½ cup pineapple
1 small piece ginger, peeled
1 tsp turmeric
1 small bunch wheatgrass
Directions
Add all ingredients to your Zip Top large cup and freeze. When ready for your smoothie, remove Zip Top from the freezer. Mix everything in your Zip Top using an immersion blender or add all the frozen ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour back into your Zip Top cup and enjoy!
Orange Smoothie
Ingredients
1 ¾ cups coconut milk1 banana, peeled and sliced
1 medium carrot, sliced
1 medium orange, sliced
½ tsp vanilla extract

Kiwi Pineapple Smoothie
Ingredients
4 oz almond milk1 banana, peeled and sliced
1 - 2 medium kiwis, peeled and cut
½ cup pineapple
4 oz Greek yogurt
1 tsp vanilla extract
