Refund policy

We have partnered with Happy Returns to provide the easiest return process possible. 

Products can be returned within 30 days of receipt if they are in new, unused condition and in the original packaging. To initiate a return, go to our automated online return portal at https://ziptop.happyreturns.com/. If you have questions about your return you can contact our Customer Support at support@ziptop.com. Please include your order number in the email.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs not attributed to a mistake on our part. For your peace of mind, we suggest obtaining tracking information for your shipment. Once we receive and inspect the returned items, refunds will be processed promptly. Please note that it may take a few days for the refund to appear on your original form of payment.

Refunds for items purchased at ziptop.com will be issued in the original form of payment for the amount paid for the item plus any applicable taxes collected.

Items purchased at an authorized Zip Top retailer should be returned directly to the store where they were purchased.
