Blackberry Jam Recipe

Blackberry Jam Recipe

2 cups blackberries

1 cup sugar

1 tbsp lemon juice

1 tsp lemon zest


  1. Combine ingredients in a medium bowl, and use a spoon to smash the berries.
  2. Transfer to a pot on medium heat and bring to a boil. Stir until the jam is thick (15-20 mins).
  3. Pour into Zip Top cups.
  4. Enjoy now or store for later!
